The award was made by Training Media Review, a leading US-based training publication. Strategy CoPilot was also runner up in the ‘most innovative’ category.

The Judging Process The Best2Buy reviewers and judges are all working professionals in training and allied fields. TMR selected the three highest rated products in three media categories—Online, Software, and Video—and the Most Innovative category. A separate panel of judges then evaluated the contenders in each category. The editor of Training Media Review, Bill Ellet, was responsible for the Editor’s Choice category. The winners in each category have therefore passed through a double screen of astute and knowledgeable professionals. A requirement of judging was no commercial ties to any of the vendors under consideration.
