Romanian/Mandarin/Korean Training Consultants

Imparta is a fast-growing, London based company that provides world-class blended sales and management training to major national and multinational companies. Our business is increasingly centred on creating and running high profile sales, marketing and leadership 'academies'.

These academies go well beyond traditional training to achieve real business impact. They combine assessment, training, reinforcement and coaching with impact measurement to drive changes in behaviour.

We are looking for experienced Romanian and native Mandarin or Korean training consultants to join our accredited associate faculty team working with clients both in the UK and around the globe. Our needs are varied across different disciplines including:

  • Training Consultancy Services: Training Needs Analysis; Training Assessment; and Training Evaluation.
  • Sales and Sales Management: B2B; B2C; B2B2; New Business Sales; Account Management; Sales Coaching and all associated skill areas.
  • Marketing: B2B; B2C; B2B2C and across all areas from Strategy and Planning to Craft skills.
  • Leadership: Executive Coaching.
  • Instructional Design: training course
  • creation; activity design; assessments and competency model design.

Role

Our experience has shown that very few faculty are highly skilled in all areas – some are great at design, others great at delivery, so we match skills to needs very carefully. All potential faculty undergo a rigorous recruitment and assessment process (usually in a group setting). If successful, they are then contracted with Imparta and undertake a certification process depending on the area they are contracted for.

Specifically, we are looking for associate faculty and B2B trainers in Romania. Recent client success has expanded our reach even further and we now require a large number of experienced trainers in the following areas:

  • New Business Sales
  • Key Account Management
  • Sales Management and Coaching

You?

  • Graduate calibre
  • Romanian and native Mandarin or Korean, fluent English as a 2nd language
  • Experienced trainer with a strong background in sales; marketing and leadership capability building
  • Strong business acumen (qualitative and quantitative) with the ability to engage clients around their business issues
  • Powerful coaching skills
  • Flexible delivery style to match audience
