Us
Imparta helps companies to achieve significant and lasting improvements in sales, marketing and service effectiveness, by combining researched content with a deep understanding of how adults learn, and how to overcome barriers to change. We aim to stand out in an industry that too often fails to deliver on its promises.
Our integrated, “best of breed” approach combines intensive simulation-based workshops with advanced diagnostic, coaching and application tools. We put as much emphasis on what happens after the training as on the training itself, and work closely with each client to create a lasting and measurable impact on performance that far outweighs their investment.
Global in scope, Imparta is the “expert’s expert”. We teach sales to some of the world’s leading sales forces (including GE and Telefonica O2), marketing to leading companies such as the WPP Group, and leadership and strategy to consulting firms like KPMG. We also practise what we preach and as a result, Imparta has grown strongly throughout the recession. We are now one of the largest specialist sales training companies in the UK.
Software is central to Imparta’s offering and we are a Microsoft Gold-Certified Development Partner. Our use of software includes:
- Our advanced simulation engine
- I-Coach, our online e-learning platform
- Sophisticated data management and reporting to underpin Sales and Marketing Academies
- Online competency-based assessments
- Internal systems such as CRM
Imparta has had a commercial .NET hosted service for about 9 years (www.i-coach.com), and our new projects are built using .NET 3.5+ technologies. We are now producing automated data warehouse reporting systems that report on thousands of academy participants over several years. We also deliver simulation technology built on C++, COM and 3D character rendering technologies. These simulations are delivered on CD, in workshops and from our hosted service.
