We are seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to join our IT Operations team.
The IT Operations team administers and maintains some of the latest Microsoft products including Windows XP/Vista/7, Windows Server 2003/2008, Exchange 2007, SQL 2005/2008, Office 2007, and Hyper V technology, providing the pillars that underpin the company’s operations internally, on the Internet, and in support of workshops.
We are currently in the process of the rollout of Windows 7, and will be looking to deploy Exchange 2010 this year. As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, we have access to many of the latest Microsoft products and technologies, and deliver its products and services through software solutions on desktop, mobile devices and the Internet.
The two current IT Operations members and the Software Developers are amongst the 50+ people that work with or for the company delivering capabilities to customers online, offline and via a network of 40+ facilitators worldwide.
Candidates must have 12+ months of recent and continuous posteducation commercial experience supporting in-house users in a Microsoft Windows environment including:
