Expert blended learning can accelerate your business performance.
When founder Richard Barkey started Imparta in 1997, the goal was to provide an antidote to an industry that was – and remains – focused on delivering events rather than results.
Imparta CEO, Richard Barkey, raises questions all business leaders should ask.
What clients say about our impact on their business.
Anne-Marie White, previously a Learning and Development Manager for EMEA at Hewlett-Packard, has been appointed as a Lead Consultant at Imparta.
Anne-Marie’s experience to date has included a variety of sales and business development roles and a long career within Hewlett Packard, where she rose and leveraged her sales skills by building sales capability and driving organisational change through multi-national initiatives. These included leading Sales Organisational Development and learning for 5,000 people across EMEA; designing the global HP Sales University Programme; and creating and implementing Sales staff Assessment and Development Centres in 18 languages across Europe.
With a background of creating large-scale up-skilling that drove over $100 million in sales revenue, Anne-Marie will strengthen Imparta’s client-facing team as a Lead Consultant advising on, and implementing, capability-building programmes for clients. ‘Imparta’s emphasis on business impact was a major factor in my choosing to join’, said Anne-Marie. ‘I’ll be focusing especially on building Imparta’s assessment techniques further, as these provide vital inputs for the talent management processes companies are using as a route to competitive advantage’.
