Formed by Richard Barkey in 1997, Imparta now employs over 70 full-time staff, with a variety of backgrounds from senior roles within sales, marketing and service to occupational psychology and software development.
In addition to our in-house training faculty, we also have over 100 associate faculty members around the world. In conjunction with our in-house translation service and local partners, this enables us to deliver the face-to-face component of our programmes globally in multiple languages.
Imparta has operations and partnerships in the UK, United States, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Africa, giving us the ability to deliver large scale, global roll-outs.
