Formed by Richard Barkey in 1997, Imparta now employs over 55 full-time staff, with a variety of backgrounds from senior roles in sales and marketing to occupational psychology and software development.

We also have over 35 associate faculty members around the world. Together with our in-house staff, they deliver the face-to-face component of our programmes. Our policy is to work very closely with a smaller number of associates, rather than having “casual” relationships with many.

Imparta has operations and partnerships in the UK, United States, Europe, Australia, and Asia, giving us the ability to deliver large scale, global roll-outs.
