Akihiko Ota

Akihiko has over 15 year experience in sales and marketing and the ability to achieve results through leadership, teamwork, and meeting client expectation. He involves in a number of projects in which are business planning and analysis, new business development, marketing promotion, sales training and development to build high performing team.

After the graduation of Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo, he joined American Express International, Inc in Japan. He spent 13 years in the sales and marketing division as a team leader. During the time, he demonstrated the capability to successfully manage multiple projects under strict deadlines and orchestrated the critical project among divisions. He spearheaded new business development and relationship enhancement in uncertain and complex market. He won a couple of award in terms of improving sales performance programs.
