After the graduation of Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo, he joined American Express International, Inc in Japan. He spent 13 years in the sales and marketing division as a team leader. During the time, he demonstrated the capability to successfully manage multiple projects under strict deadlines and orchestrated the critical project among divisions. He spearheaded new business development and relationship enhancement in uncertain and complex market. He won a couple of award in terms of improving sales performance programs.
