Andrew Williamson

Andrew Williamson is Head of Content and Development at Imparta. He joined Imparta after spending 10-years working for GE in a variety of senior Learning Leader roles including:

Global Head of Leadership Development & Professional Skills (GE Consumer Finance)
Head of Sales Training, GE Best Practices & Client Education (GE Crotonville – Europe, Middle East & Africa)
European Organisation, Staffing & Development Leader (GE Capital Fleet Services)

Andrew has extensive experience as a Senior Executive Assessor and Senior Executive Coach and was one of a handful of employees used for GE Officer Assessments. Andrew has extensive experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning interventions and has provided coaching, training and assessments across the globe to many diverse groups including locations such as China, Japan, Western, Central and Eastern Europe, USA, Australia and South Africa.

Prior to Andrew’s ten year GE career he worked for The Bank of Scotland as a Credit Manager and became Assistant Group Training Leader responsible for Sales & Leadership development.

Prior to the Bank of Scotland Andrew worked for Household Finance and Barclays Bank PLC, holding both Sales and Branch Manager positions with responsibility for customer service, lending, underwriting and debt recovery.

Andrew is a qualified trainer through the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and is Six-Sigma Quality certified.
