Anna Barez-Brown

Anna Barez Brown has over 16 years of B2B sales, management and training experience and her professional development expertise extends to both the e-learning, experiential and traditional classroom environments. She is an experienced Executive Business Coach, working with business development professionals, middle managers and board-level executives for more than 7 years.

After graduating from EBS (European Business School) in London with an honours degree in Business Studies, Anna began her career in the Media industry. She spent 4 years at ‘Axel Springer Verlag’ in Hamburg, during which time she set up the first regional online service in Europe. She was headhunted by ‘Bertelsmann A’ to set up their offices in London for Lycos/Bertelsmann, a joint venture with the US search engine ‘Lycos’ and was hired as sales and marketing director for the UK. After 3 years Anna was the European Sales and Marketing director for Lycos heading up a team of 65 sales people in 12 European Countries.

Anna is a native-German speaker and fluent in English, Italian and speaks basic French.

More recently, Anna delivered change programmes for BP refining, developed a community among Microsoft managers and did team building events in the hotel and food industry in Italy. Ken Blanchard Companies uses Anna as a business coach with European clients like Newell Rubbermaid.

Anna has delivered numerous sales, leadership, management and development workshops in Europe and North America. She has worked with audiences that widely differ according to their business challenges, organisational seniority, cultural differences and industry perspectives. Anna is an international speaker at conferences and a member of the Public Speaking Association.

Anna is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and an accredited co-active coach and leader. Anna is trained to facilitate 360 degree feedback (Voices 360 Lominger International).
