Anna has an extensive personal background in Learning and Development as well as in National Account Management.
Working with international cosmetic houses and hotel groups throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East, she has developed and delivered programmes guaranteeing improved sales performance, coupling this with ongoing coaching and Train The Trainers to ensure continued results.
As a qualified life and business coach, Anna has worked successfully with several companies and charities, such as Centrepoint and Newpin, to encourage high performing teams and motivated individuals. Over the past four years, Anna has also been involved with the London College of Beauty Therapy in their development of the first BTEC qualification in Retail Beauty Consultancy. This successfully rolled out in February 2007.
In her early career Anna worked for 10 years in the West End as a professional singer.
