Brian Borowsky is Imparta's Managing Director of Asia Pacific, based in Melbourne Australia. He has spent the last 10 years building the capabilities of client organisations, including creating and implementing workshops, creating computer-based simulations, and conceiving and designing online learning environments.
Brian’s focus with Imparta has been on creating sustainable improvement in business-to-business sales forces. Building from his own sales experience and leveraging Imparta’s world-class approaches, he works closely with clients to achieve actual change in behaviour and to measure the business impact.
As a consultant and instructor, Brian has created and delivered sales, leadership, marketing, finance and strategy workshops and simulations in many sectors, including telecommunications, technology, insurance, retail, utilities, and consulting. His focus on executive leadership programmes has led him to deliver training to hundreds of top executives, on topics from Managing Performance and Developing and Using Influence, to Finance for Non-Financial Managers and Applying Finance in Channel Selling.
Prior to joining Imparta, Brian was Product Director for SEEK Communications, Australia's largest online employment site, and a Director of the Professional Services, Insurance, and Utilities team at Strategic Management Group, an American training and consulting firm.
