Dan Kleinman joined Imparta in November 2005 as a Development Project Leader. He has 6 years experience in designing and delivering learning solutions within corporate and commercial environments.
Post-university, Dan joined Cannons Health and Fitness Group’s graduate scheme. Having created and implemented a training programme for Cannons gym staff Dan decided to pursue a role that would allow him to focus on learning and development.
He joined GE Consumer Finance in 2001 as a Product Trainer, progressing to manage a Training team within the Customer Service Area. Within this role Dan led both Performance Management and Regulatory Change Management Projects.
During this time he also acted as a consultant to APC, a training company specialising in the provision of professional development for pre-qualified surveyors.
He then moved internally to a central training role within GE where he supported the learning and development needs of a client group of over 300. His responsibilities included gaining accreditation for and then delivering a number of GE’s Professional Skills workshops across the wider GE business. He also played major roles in the design and rollout of Consumer Finance’s online Learning Academy and Leadership Development Programme.
Dan has a 1st Class BSc Honours in Sports Science from Southampton University and a Masters (with distinction) from Manchester Metropolitan. He is a member of the CIPD and has completed Life Coaching and Sports Psychology qualifications. He is also a qualified FA and UEFA football coach.
