Daniel Stane

Daniel Stane has over 10 years of experience in learning and development, specialising in leadership, management and team performance. His orientation as a training consultant and facilitator integrates a focus on individual, team and organisational effectiveness in the areas of:

After graduating with an honours degree in international business, Daniel went on to work in marketing and sales management. He gained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Strategic Marketing and has since established several successful businesses of his own. Daniel held the position of Head of Export for the UK branch of Linde AG, one of the world’s largest manufacturers, where he achieved an unprecedented two-fold increase in sales.

Daniel has worked with senior management and frontline staff in several major multinationals and public bodies across diverse sectors including airlines, construction, financial services, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. In recent years his work has taken him throughout Europe, America and the Middle East.

Daniel’s career success in management, international sales and marketing enables him to work with a practical and profound understanding of bottom line business and workplace issues. Speaking several European languages (with fluency in English, French, Czech), Daniel is also able to understand and connect well with a diverse range of nationalities and cultural contexts. Daniel’s own professional development has focused on psychology, leadership, emotional literacy and team dynamics, and he has gained diplomas in psychology and group leadership.

In his spare time he is actively involved with an international educational charity affiliated to the United Nations where he facilitates development programmes focused on values-based inspirational leadership, cultural understanding and transition.
