Duncan Campbell has over 15 years experience of training and business consultancy.
Duncan began his career as a teacher and teacher trainer before setting up an online learning business in 1998. In 1999 Duncan joined the San Francisco-based E-learning company DigitalThink as an Instructional Designer and Learning Strategist. While at DigitalThink he designed and managed international training programmes for the retail (Circuit City) and financial services (Marsh & McLennan) industries.
In 2001 Duncan joined the BBC as a Learning Consultant. During his three years at the BBC Duncan designed and implemented training and organisational development programmes for Journalism and Finance. Duncan’s biggest role at the BBC was to write the key learning outcomes for the award-winning BBC Leadership Programme. In 2004 Duncan joined Accenture as a Senior Management Consultant concentrating in the field of training and organisational development. While at Accenture he led projects for Amex, Ingersoll-Rand and HMRC (formally the Inland Revenue). Duncan Joined Imparta as an Academy Director in the spring of 2006.
Duncan holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and Cognitive Science and the Trinity College Instructor’s TELFA Diploma (Distinction).
