Linda Bardol has over 20 years experience in sales, customer service, team building, management training and driving performance improvement. She is skilled in facilitating business solutions resulting in increased revenues through developing and empowering people.
Her training experience includes facilitation, one-on-one consulting, training and development. She has had responsibilities in sales, marketing and management. Linda’s responsibilities included: financial management, developing and implementing account strategy plans, sales management, recruiting, and training sales personnel. In addition to sales and marketing, she has held training, management and technical positions for several corporations in the USA.
Linda has also facilitated programs in Germany, France, and the UK. In addition, she has worked with participants from Switzerland, Austria, and Belgium.
Academically, Linda holds a M.A. in Marketing (with Distinction), a B.A. (Hons) in Management and a Certificate in Systems and Data Processing. In addition, she is a Certified Business Communicator (CBC).
