Sarah Brummitt

Sarah Brummitt is the former Head of Client Impact at Imparta. She has over 18 years of sales, sales management and training experience. After graduating from university with a Business Studies degree, Sarah began her career selling management development and sales training programmes. She spent nine years at AstraZeneca, during which time she won the Top Salesperson of the Year award for the highest territory sales in the company. Sarah progressed through several line management positions to head up AstraZeneca’s UK Training Department, with responsibility for the training and development needs of the pharmaceutical industry’s single largest sales force.

Sarah is an experienced business coach with 12 years coaching experience. She has worked extensively with sales professionals, sales managers, middle managers and at board level.

When Head of Client Impact at Imparta, Sarah was responsible for maximising the impact of learning interventions on the client’s business, business development, faculty management and development and workshop delivery, as well as programme development and expansion.

She has worked extensively in Europe, North America, as well as the Far East and Australia. Sarah is currently undergoing accreditation by the International Coaching Federation to become an Executive Business Coach and works with a variety of clients to coach them towards achievement of their business goals. She is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and an accredited Practitioner of Time Line Therapy, as well as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Member of the Institute of Management.

Sarah is also and Image Coach and is affiliated with the UK Federation of Image Consultants and is first level certified by the Association of Image Consultants International.
