Peter Williamson, Chairman, is a Professor of Strategy at INSEAD with particular expertise in the Asia Pacific region. He is an experienced consultant to firms around the world, and an investor in Imparta. He brings a strong background both in business theory and in developing and commercialising teaching materials. He has been an active participant in content creation for Imparta.
Michael Hay. Michael is Deputy Dean at the London Business School, and owner of Charwell Scientific, a scientific software company. Michael has a strong background in business theory and the commercialisation of academic material, along with extensive experience with early-stage companies.
David Stephen. David has a background in film production (freelance film producer, executive at Columbia Pictures) and multimedia (Strategic Planning Manager, SEGA Europe Ltd. Andy Isherwood. Andy is Vice President of Software Services for HP, and General Manager of HP’s software services organisation in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has recently joined the Imparta Board to help drive our own organic growth through sales & marketing.
