Account clinics (sometimes known as Reconnects) are aimed at helping teams to tackle real client issues, providing intensive coaching from our experts to help you succeed in major tasks such as winning a large bid, planning a new campaign or gaining entry to a promising prospect.
They can be conducted using a collaboration tool such as Webex, but often take place face-to-face during a team meeting or a 1-day workshop session. Their end result is solid progress towards a clearly-defined business outcome.
The Account Clinics also provide a good opportunity for teams to discuss the successes and problems they have had applying the new skills in the field. They can be used to refresh both knowledge and skills – the latter often using additional simulations such as the Sales Mastery Simulation. This is a second, intensive, simulation designed to provide a solid refresher and workout for salespeople and account managers after a few months back in the field.
