When founder Richard Barkey started Imparta in 1997, the goal was to provide an antidote to an industry that was – and remains – focused on delivering events rather than results.

It is important to the success of any initiative that the top team is involved, engaged, and supportive of the process in general. To accomplish this, the needs of functional and business leaders must be addressed specifically and uniquely. There are two key areas that we generally address:
Given the increased time pressure on the top team, we generally recommend a focused overview workshop that lasts 1 day, supplemented by resources such as a Frequently Asked Questions guide and an online Leaders' Support Site.
The one-day, action-oriented workshop deepens the consensus around the key issues behind the initiative, while giving the team an overview of the approaches being rolled out, so that they can stay “one step ahead” and lead by example.
The Support Site allows both managers and members of the top team to access all of the online content at any time, so they may review the content that their teams are experiencing. They are also able to access course summaries, and coaching job aids such as our Account Troubleshooter.
The Leadership Group will also typically receive regular progress and impact reports as the roll-out progresses.
