Level 1 - Reactions
Although classic “happy sheets” are not on their own enough to measure training impact, they are a necessary way of making sure that the training interventions are laying the right groundwork.
At Imparta we take course feedback seriously, and use it to:
- Provide feedback to you as the client around the perceptions of your people and any issues encountered – either arising from the course itself, or issues that were “brought in” from outside;
- Track and manage faculty performance (along with in-person observation) and their “fit” with different types of attendee. This data is then used when “casting” a trainer for a specific group;
- Feed into our regular programme of course upgrades, ensuring that Imparta’s programmes always remain at the cutting edge.
