When founder Richard Barkey started Imparta in 1997, the goal was to provide an antidote to an industry that was – and remains – focused on delivering events rather than results.
Online tutorials accelerate learning and save workshop time for applying knowledge. See demo at:

The first real test of training impact is whether people have learned the new concepts, and understood them enough to apply them. We test this in a series of case study “vignettes” that are typically sent out 2-4 weeks after a program, and can be hosted on your LMS or on Imparta’s i-Coach system.
The reporting tools in Imparta’s i-Coach system allow managers to take an overall view of the results, identifying both strengths and areas for ongoing attention. Individuals can also use the quiz results to create their own ongoing learning agenda.
If you want to find out more about ways to track overall performance, view our white paper on Tracking Progress and Impact.
The results can also be linked back to any pre-course assessments to gain an understanding of where performance has been improved.
