Assessment Tools

We offer a range of assessment tools based on rigorous competency models. These range from an online assessment by the individual’s manager, to assessments by Imparta experts, based on a sample of observed sessions.

Our online tools use a combination of self-reporting and questionnaires sent to line managers, direct reports and peers or customers, providing full 360 degree feedback:

  • 180 degree = 2 views (e.g. individual plus manager feedback)
  • 270 degree = 3 views (e.g. individual, peer and manager feedback)
  • 360 degree = 4 views (e.g. individual, peer, manager and customer feedback)
