What is it?

Is your sales force world class? How do your salespeople compare to one another, and to those in other companies in your segment or geography?

This is an exciting initiative that allows you to assess - at no charge - up to 10 salespeople/account managers (or 5 per region for multinationals) using Imparta's 180 degree on-line assessment tool, which is based on Imparta's proven sales competency model.

The 180 degree assessment will allow the salespeople to assess themselves against the behaviours, while their managers also provide their view on the salespeople.

Our aim is to build on our existing sales skills database to further enable companies to benchmark themselves against companies from similar geographies and industries.

Participate in the Study

What do I have to do?

  1. One person from an organisation completes the registration form. This will ask whether you are registering people for one region or multiple regions
  2. This person will then receive an automated email confirming they are who they say they are, and inviting them to click on a link to enter the participant and manager details
  3. All participants will receive an email with a link inviting them to complete the questionnaire

How long do I have to complete it?

Once the participant and manager details have been submitted, people will have 2 weeks to complete the questionnaire. We will send out 2 reminders to participants within the 2 week period. There are 6 questions on average for each competency and on average the questionnaire takes 20 minutes to complete.

Each link to the questionnaire only provides one access, so please ensure enough time is allowed to complete all the questions in one attempt!

What feedback will I receive?

After the two week window, or after all participants have completed the questionnaire (whichever is soonest), the person who completed the registration form will receive an email with a link to the reports.

There will be a report for each individual detailing their responses compared to their manager.

As the study grows, we will send the registration person an email inviting them to download a benchmark report comparing their salespeople against other teams, including geographic and industry comparisons where available.

What happens to my data?

Your data is confidential to your organisation. We will never share, sell or otherwise distribute your competency scores except in aggregate form. We may contact you to discuss your report.

Is there any fee involved?

No, there is no fee to participate in the study.
