The results for all questionnaires, including summary reports, are stored on a secure external SharePoint site, providing access to a named person who will have a personal log on id and password. We also run a session for your managers that covers:

An overview of how to interpret individual reports
Explanation of the results for the organisation and/or team

Line managers then hold feedback sessions with each person studied and agree a personal development plan. Having performance assessments at both a competency and behaviour level means that managers have the tools they need to determine specific development objectives and coaching interventions.
