Developing High Performance
What is the programme about?
Imparta’s high performance programmes are a personal journey in which individuals discover ways to enhance their own performance. They identify their own starting objectives and work towards these as an individual and a team member throughout the course. The first step focuses on identifying key characteristics of high performance in individuals and organisations, and any specific attributes your company counts as crucial for its managers.
These key characteristics are then developed through a personal action project, which places the learning in the context of real-life business objectives, and an ‘assessment’ phase where participants demonstrate aspects of performance via practical activities.
