In this session, Imparta CEO and former McKinsey Management Consultant Richard Barkey provided a framework and tools for how to identify your highest priority areas and drive top and bottom line growth in your business. In the breakout sessions, these were explored in more detail, including extending your product scope (e.g. by supporting and selling Indigo 10,000), improving your win rate by matching the value of the Indigo offering to the needs and decision criteria of your customers, and improving margin growth by pushing back against discounting strategies employed by competitors and procurement departments.
