Imparta’s Client Impact Team is responsible for advising on the shape of the change process and measurement activities that ensure our clients achieve their goals.
The Client Impact Team are custodians of our powerful, modular Capability Building® System (CBS). As part of the CBS process, the business measures for the training project are identified and processes put in place to capture the relevant data.
The data captured is analysed to provide insights that include:
- Which sales competencies underpin performance
- Which manager coaching competencies underpin performance
- The attributes of high performers
- Which competencies underpin high customer satisfaction scores
- Quantified revenue figures achieved from the training project
