Aligning Sales and Marketing

Frustration can often exist between the sales and marketing function in an organisation if propositions (products and services) are not aligned to the sales process, language or methodology deployed by the sales team. This can result in distrust or even an unwillingness to introduce the propositions to new or existing clients.

This workshop has been designed for marketers who are directly or indirectly involved in creating propositions within the SME and Corporate sectors.
