Commercial Acumen / Finance for Non-Financial Managers
Our Commercial Acumen courses build greater awareness of the commercial impact of business actions and how different levels of financial decisions and measures are related.
Participants gain a full understanding of the key value drivers within a business and how different investment and management decisions can affect these and, as a result, the overall value of the business. At a personal level, participants gain knowledge of key financial concepts and how they apply them to their own functional activities.
Participants practise skills that will raise their confidence in applying commercial logic to account management, project management and/or the screening of ideas, allowing them to build stronger financial and business cases and win support for the activities they wish to progress.
