In modern organisations (and daily life) the range and complexity of many decisions is increasing and this skill can make the process more effective and efficient for anyone dealing with important issues. Participants practise a robust technique, which provides the benefits of ensuring important aspects of an issue are not overlooked, that unnecessary work is avoided, and that those involved in the process can see how their inputs or concerns fit into the larger picture.
