Our various strategy programmes are aimed at senior and middle managers who are directly involved in contributing to their business unit’s strategy development, or who need to understand it in order to align their own activities. The programmes can also be extremely relevant for those who need to analyse client strategies in order to engage in sales or other conversations at the C-level.
Imparta’s approach to strategy introduces the core theoretical concepts and analytical tools behind modern strategic thinking, and then goes beyond to provide practical experience in how to use those tools in a highly focused way. The programmes typically cover strategic diagnosis, creating strategic options (both in terms of positioning and competitive advantage), and the synthesis of a staged action plan to drive the strategy through to action. Programme modules are also available to cover the core skills of change management in support of the action plan.
The strategy programmes generally combine advanced e-Learning (including the Strategy CoPilot simulation) with skill-based workshops in order to go beyond the overly-academic approaches that typify the field.
